Beautiful property next to beach”
Patong beach house is a very beautiful property next to the beach, but sadly you can't swim there. The beach house is quite a walking distance from all the nightlife areas. The house is clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view at night and when the ocean is high tide. However, when it's low tide all you see are ugly rocks that look like puddles of little mud hills. The pool is small but it's ok and nice. House is next to a very busy and noisy street. Hated the traffic noise. Also, one of the toilet did not function properly and I think that caused us to run out of water; therefore we didn't get to shower, but thanks to property management staff he got it taken care right away. Very sweet guy!

The house is exactly the same as the photo.A great place to have party.It will took 20 mins to the patong beach by walk,and 5mins to the nearest store.For the reason that there are too many reefs the beach are not suit for snorkelling,but if u have a footwear of rubber,then u can see a amazing view just a little far away from the shore.My family had a wonderful time ,thanks to jeremy who is very hospitable and friendly.

Very nice beach house with all the mod cons, the beach it self has many rocks when tide goes out but this beach has a pool

Vermijd deze villa”
Nog nooit ergens zo onwelkom gevoeld. Huis staat te koop wat resulteert in achterstallig onderhoud. Terras op dak onbruikbaar te vies. Uberhaupr was het hele huis vies, overal lange zwarte haren ook op de kussens en beddengoed. Echt alles was vies, de ijskast de oven noem maar op. We hebben de villa direkr weer verlaten, super zonde vh geld maar hier laat je je vakantie niet door verpesten. Onze fout, villa ligt aan drukke weg, zowel binnen als achter bij de pool, een enorme herroie v autos. Ook vanaf zee veel lawaai van voorbij scheurende zeescooters.
