Big and clean room with a good service”
I was stayed for 1 night at Piyada Residence. Comparing to our Hotel in Bangkok, I was so surprised to have a bigger and clean room with a reasonable price. The Hotel staffs are also friendly and helpful with a good English. The location is not too close to the beach, which I do not like the crowds; but it is okay because we could get Taxi easily and can practice your negotiation skill. We wish staying in Piyada Residence next time.

I prefer to stay in the hotel that located near the jomtien beach with cheaper price .Piyada Residence Pattaya is the place that I choosed and I felt great with clean room with Thai boutique style .There were a lot of parking lots and a pool.but I think hotel staffs are not professional ,It's a little thing.I 'm not disappoint in this trip.I think,I will be there next time

Piyada Residence Hotel”
The Piyada Residence Hotel represents excellent value for the money. The location may be a bit difficult for those without transportation - it is not in the main tourist area and the songthaews (Baht buses) are harder to find in this area. Good to have a rented motorcycle if you stay here. Ask for a room in the back, away from the main road as the traffic noise can be a bit loud. I would stay here again, as the rooms were very clean and well kept up. The wifi connection was good and helped me keep in touch and do some work related tasks while in Pattaya.

When i arrived a the Piyada Residence i was greeted with a lovely warm smile.After regestering which only took a couple of minutes,the porter took my bags,showed me the lift & met me on my floor with my luggage. He showed me the room, put on the air-conditioning & wished me a pleasant stay.this was a lovely start after a 20 hour journey.The room was an adequate size, very clean but pretty basic. It has a lovely pool on the roof & a nice little cafe. All in all i would definately stay here again.

Our stay at Piyada was just perfect. Even tough the location is not exactly in the hearth of the action for us that was a pro, because we care more about quietness. The rooms are large and really very clean and the staff is helpful and always with a smile, and the price so cheap!! Highly recommended.

Piyada residence Pattaya is very well situated and is in easy reach to any of Pattaya attractions, it is a very clean hotel and good staff welcome you, but with the loction being so close to night clubs and bars the outside noise is very loud and continues untill 3 am, inside the hotel there was a lot of noise from doors slaming and shouting from other residence,i think it is better for the younger holiday maker than the family older person, the room was very clean and the service was quick and polite, even though this was very cheap i think i will pay a little bit more for a more peacfull hotel.

very functional hotel central location”
we had a wonderful stay. most of the people are young people. but very polite tidy and not noisy. the coffee shop offered the basic food. but inexpensive.reception very effective. changed us the room as there was noise from a local karekoo bar on the back side. on the front side there is noise from the cars, as this hotel lies on a buisy 3rd road of pattaya. but we did like it and the car noise was no harm to us. channels on tv good selection, severel languages availabel. clkean pool and surrounding though the pool is not big. but ikay.easy walking distance to all spots in pattaya, if you like walking

Reasonable Price economic Hotel”
Thanks to the map from Agoda. I use almost one hour to find the hotel. Not many taxi drivers know this hotel. It is located at Soi 17 and Pattaya 3rd road. When you are at Pattaya 2nd road, the road after South Pattaya road is Soi 17. Go forward till you reach Pattaya 3rd and a 7-11 is on your left. Piyada is on your right. If you expect to have a luxury tour, Piyada is not your choice. The location is not good and the facility just so so. If you have limited budget and only need a bed to sleep well, Piyada will be a very good option.

Good location near Walking Street”
Overall, my stay was quite good. The hotel is situated near Walking street and is near the heart of the city. Service is not too bad and the air-con and showers are working quite well. Only negative is that breakfast was not provided. If you want a budget hotel close to the happening places in Pattaya, Piyada Residence will be a good choice.

Great Budget Hotel”
For the price this hotel is fantastic. I have stayed in many hotels in Pattaya, the budget hotels are generally 'boom boom' class hotels, where you have very little chance of getting any sleep, which, if your on the party trail yourself is fine. But not so great if you plan to make the most of the daylight hours. I would recommend the front of the hotel, as the back is prone to noise from some sketchy karaoke performers in nearby establishments. Although in fairness, this is not a major problem and would be drowned out by the air con, even on the lowest setting. Would i stay again? I already have and about to book again!

the piyada residence offers good value for money (especially at agoda's prices) and benefits from a roof top swiming pool. the rooms are adequately furnished although twin beds were not what i had requested. if you are familiar with pattaya the location is fine. it is just over five minute walk to south pattaya
