The location was perfect. Around 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to other attractions (around 20 minute walk). The Vatican was around 1 hour 20 minute walk but it was a nice stroll so it didn't bother us. We didn't meet many staff as we arrived when the reception was closed but from who we saw they was lovely. The only problem we did come across was the...

i accidentally booked on a wrong day and attended for check-in one day earlier. Overnight Staff was extremely nice and they accommodated me in a free double room (i booked a single). Very basic but clean and close to central Rome, tube and train station.

Lovely clean modern room BUT.......you have to organise your time of arrival "precisely" or you are locked outside and there is no way of getting in and you are left out in the street. It is a room inside a block of units and there is no reception office at all.

Hotel is one floor in an old building, has only 5 rooms. Located about 4 blocks from central station and very close to a few good local restaurants. Did not speak English at check in but was of great help sorting out my wifi issue. Cleaning staff folded our clothes when doing room service which was a good surprise (we left the room a bit of a mess) and helped us out wi...

San Lorenzo Notte is a simple B&B, very close to Rome Tiburtina train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is NOT a 5 star luxury hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be. The only issue we experienced was a minor lack of hot water. We stayed in room #3 (of 4 total). This room shares its hot water heater with the washing machine. Marcelo does laundry eac...

Need to call from outside the building to gain entry to reception which is a small office beside our room. You will need to talk to the male hotel manager if you are an english speaker. Unfortunately, room is not soundproof and so you can hear people opening the main door downstairs and walking up into their rooms. For our stay, we checked into the hotel in the aft...

Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. We were returning to Rome for one night and wanted to be close to the station. Staff was very friendly. He even let us use the printer for free. Only downside was the shower pressure was very low. But for one night it was not a problem.
