Pros: 1. Quiet and peaceful environment. 2. Spacious layout with 3 separate rooms — great for families or groups. 3. Water dispenser provided — very convenient. 4. Refrigerator available for storing food and drinks. 5. Iron and ironing board included. 6. TV with basic channels for entertainment. 7. Basic amenities provided. 8. Overall location is accessible. 9. Impressive riverview. Cons: 1. No Wi-Fi available, which was inconvenient. 2. Shower heater in the outer toilet is broken and not usable. 3. One downlight in the second room is damaged. 4. Setiap bilik ada aircond ada kipas. 1 bilik ada bilik air, dan katil queen , 1 bilik lg ada 1 katil queen dan 1 katil bujang.. ada tilam extra. 1 bilik lg, 1 katil bujang dan 1 tilam. Saya saran kan letak extra toto dan extra bantal. Cara check in pn sgt mudah.. parking free dpt 1 ja. Tp depat apartment ada parking berbayar majlis pembandaran pnya. Jgn lupa bayar ya.. 1 jam 60 sen. Malam x payah bayar.. star pukul 8 am kena bayar selagi x check out. Satg kena saman parking

“Spacious, clean & great location ”
Stay 1 night at this apartment. The location is superb. Although there is no more mall at this building, there is no issue. It's near to Pasar Siti Khatijah and surrounded with food stall. Love the Sg Kelantan view from family hall. House complete with all the basic amenities. Recommended for big families. Thanks.

“Wonderful experience!”
We spent two nights here during school holidays and I must say that everything was excellent. The location center Kota Bharu as for the accommodation excellent and surprisingly comfortable. Definitely recommended.
