Excellent hotel 🏨 very quiet place, a little bit out the way of the main soi buakhao area but only a 20 min walk which is mainly through markets etc so not so bad, only 40 baht in a taxi otherwise, the gym is spectacular! Pool is great and sauna and steam room very good, for the money I'd say it'd be hard to beat! Rooms cleaned daily, nothing bad to say about it, top marks, Rud and Noi both went above and beyond with any questions I had, very happy 😊

They guys are the best. I am vegetarian and when I told them I can't have their standard meal served in breakfast they specially cooked for me only vegetarian food. That was so kind of them. This place is clean and offers many facilities that are not only on paper but actually exist, such as Gym, pool, housekeeping, breakfast and any kind of support.

Quiet location”
Nice small hotel with great gym sauna and pool. Hotel is located out of The centers huzzle. If you want to go to center you need a taxi. Gym included The price and it is new with modern equipment. Staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome . We really enjoyed our time at this hotel

another crappy thai place”
After a while a realised how bad this place was. I got sick from moldy room. Pattata is horrible place and this is not a good area to stay. Stay away from Thailand until things and people there change. In this hotel staff was ok, but just ok.
