I was upgraded to Premium thanks to booking through Agoda. The front desk service was doing its best as it was the peak holiday season. However, there is still no Wifi in the rooms, although we are aware of it. Hope there will be in the near future.

Really really really fantastic. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the railway station and the bus station. Pros are what I've stated above. Cons are it says there's plenty of parking but doesn't say it's all metered. The was an argument between 2 members of staff very publicly which was very unprofessional especially if one member was in a higher position.
