Best budget option in Patong Beach”
This guesthouse offers clean, comfortable rooms at a fair price. It has a great location, just a few minutes' walk to the beach and all the nightlife Phuket has to offer. Rooms are still away from the noise so you can get a good night's sleep. Walking distance to the main shopping area of Patong. The lady who works at the front desk is the sweetest person as are the rest of the staff working there. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay in Patong.

Best Guest House in Phuket”
I will stay nowhere else in Patong Beach but Relax Guesthouse. The location is ideal, close to all the action, yet peaceful enough to get a good night's sleep. The staff is the friendlist in all of Phuket. If you're looking for a budget room with free wi-fi, air con, cable tv, clean hot shower, and an awesome, confortable bed, look no more.

Great Location, Lovely Service”
Love the hotel. Very clean. Situated in the middle of Patong. We can just take a walk to Bangla Road which is a famous nightlife road and the famous Junglecylon. Below the hotel u can find a very pleasant japanese lady and her husband renting motorcycle for only for 1 whole day. Its very easy to find motorcyle for rent near the hotel. If u not yet book a package, u can find a lot of stall or shop that offer a great package to you near the hotel. Relax Guest House has a very nice great service. U dont have to buy internet service because they provide it. They have satelit tv that provide u with a lot of channel. If u need any help u can just ask the lady in the counter. Very pleasant with smile. The only thing is they only have a staircase so if u carrying a 14kg++ bag then u have to take a deep breath if you're staying in the 3rd++ floor. Remember to bring 3 plug pin because they only have the 2 pin plug in the room. If u forget to bring u can buy it at the next door for 80 bath. Overall, husband and I which is from Malaysia have a great 3 nights day staying in the hotel. If we come back to Patong definitely we would choose relax Guest House.

Overall a good one for a solo traveller”
I stayed for two days in Relax Guest and it is somewhat old guest and even the wooden stairs are now starting to decay. But no harm for guests. Very convenient access from Paton Beach and Bangla Road. Within 5 minutes walk you can reach Bangla Road. By another 3 minutes walk you can reach the Patong Beach where you can take Airport Shuttle Bus which operates an interval of one hour in day time. There are eateries and pubs which serves drinks and meals. No much noise around and can sleep peacefully. Room which I occupied has good AC, powerful shower and comfy bed. But the room space would not be adequate for two people (but can manage). Two drinking water bottles are provided and there is a mini fridge as well. Front desk people were good and tea/coffee is served in the small lobby 24hrs. Please mind no elevator and should climb heavy wooden stairs. Overall my stay was pleasant and can give 7 or 8 points out of 10. The price also at budget level. Thanks Relax Guesthouse.

Best place in Patong Beach”
The best budget accommodations in all of Phuket by far. Right in the middle of all the nightlife action, shopping, restaurants. Most importantly, the hotel still manages to provide peace and quiet for a restful night's sleep. This is a rarity in Patong Beach, especially in this price category. Highly recommended.

Nice Location, Friendly Staff”
It's a bit hard to find at first 'cause although the address says it's at Rat U Thit Rd, you'd have to enter an alley from the main road. No worries though, the alley is just beside a 7/11 store. just ask around or, call the lady at the front desk and she'll give you instructions. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready yet but although the check-in time was 2pm, they let us into our room at 12pm 'cause they cleaned it as soon as the previous guests checked out. :D it's a bit of walk from the beach, about 15 mins if you're not a fast walker. However, this is relatively near everything of worth in Patong beach - Bangla Road, JungCeylon Mall, cheap restaurants, massage parlors and laundry shops. When we were about to leave for the airport, we initially decided to take a tuktuk and pay the rip-off rate of 800baht. good thing we asked the lady at the front desk if there were busses, she directed us to Mimi, the lady, the woman in charge of a Travel Agency just across the street. We only had to pay 160baht for a minibus/van to take us to the airport. The bus picks you up at the Travel Agency, less hassle, less expenditure :D Thanks Relax Guest House!

Great budget option in Patong Beach, Phuket”
This guesthouse has an unbeatable location with small but clean rooms with comfortable bed and pillows and free wi-fi. Walking distance to all the nightlife Patong has to offer, as well as great restaurants, massage spas, and shopping. The budget rooms only have windows that open to the interior corridor. So if you have the misfortune of being placed close to a room with loud guests, you won't get much sleep.

Always a friendly greeting from reception staff. This guesthouse is close to beach, shopping, nightlife, and all that Patong Beach has to offer. Far away enough from noise to allow for peaceful sleep. This is my favorite hotel in Patong. Highly recommended if you're looking for budget accommodations.

Excellent budget accommodations in Patong Beach”
This is my favorite place to stay in Patong. It has a perfect location close to all the action yet no noise to keep you awake at night. They have the sweetest lady working at the Front Desk. Its is a great value if all you need is clean, basic accommodations with free wireless internet. I will always choose Relax Guest House for my trips to Patong because of it's friendly service, clean rooms, and great value.

This is probably the best budget value in all of Phuket. Within walking distance of all the action, nightlife, sun and sand in Patong Beach but still very peaceful and quiet for a hotel of this category. The owner takes good care of this little gem and the lady at Reception is the nicest around. I almost want to keep this one to myself.

Great room for your rate”
the staff here was so friendly and nice. the rooms were great, a little on the smaller side, but in patong i don't think you can find better. great rates on booking boats to phi phi, railay, etc... can rent motorbikes at the hotel and if you rent for more than a few days will give a good deal. all in all 10/10 for my stay here

Awesome place”
Pros: Good location as its located right opposite the happening Patong area and near to the beach. Old but very clean. Convenient store 7-11 and family mart surrounding the area. Cons: No lift, guest have to climb up wood staircase which is quite noisy. Bad experience: There was a night someone making noise knocking and kicking the door of the room beside me. I believe the man was drunk at that hour (3.25am). He is making so much noise until hotel staff came up and told him that's not his room then hotel staff bring him to the lobby.

The location just 3-5 minutes to the Patong night market, room has nothing to complain, for budget hotel in Patong-Phuket this is unbeatable. Wifi just works in lobby only, staffs need to improve their English. Not so noisy as what other people reviewed previously.

Great Location but a bit smaller room”
The room are small but that's what you get for the price you opay!. At night you may hear other guest walking along the corridor as the floor are made of timber. Also most of the rooms are not sound proof. The good of the guesthouse is that ...they do not accept local guest (Thai's).

just 3 minutes to bangla road and jungceilon but not noisy because there are no night clubs or bars close to guesthouse. room was too small but for money i spend for this it's not a problem to stay here 1-3 nights at the beginning of trip at phuket island. night guard at reception. good stable 24h wi-fi internet. friendly stuff. clean rooms. best choose for that price. some rooms (cheaper) has no windows but that was not a problem for me. real problem is that you can hear when your neibourhood taking shower or talking like if he do it in your room. also you cannot smoke right in your room.
