Our family had a great stay at Sari Pacifica Lang Tengah! The staff and communication was excellent and seamless organizing our ferry transport (included in the price). The rooms are a bit run down but clean and the location is INCREDIBLE! Beachfront with great snorkeling and the buffets were tasty and plentiful. Thanks a great stay!
The small bridge in front of the hotel is the easiest place to see small sharks swimming with fish, and they are not afraid of people. Snorkeling is very interesting, and all the staff have a great service awareness. There is a fire show on Thursday, which is fantastic but also dangerous and hard work for the staff. However, if you don't understand English, communication can be quite difficult. Overall, it was good, and here are some personal suggestions: 1. The hotel only provides four bottles of mineral water each day. During this stay, I was with my daughter, and four bottles of water were indeed a bit insufficient for us. When we asked for more, they said it was limited and could not provide more. The quality of the bottle caps is a bit problematic, as I accidentally discovered small plastic debris falling off. I found one that had fallen off later, so it's best to be cautious when giving it to children. The restaurant has a water dispenser where you can fill up water at any time, but the tank is covered with a cloth, making it impossible to see the water quality inside, or you can buy water at the nearby Summer Bay shop. It is also suggested to remind guests to prepare some water before going to the island. 2. The sink in the F6 wooden cabin drains extremely slowly, and the water from the showerhead is also quite weak, but the drainage is fast without any blockage, including the two toilets nearby, so I think the sink might need to be checked. I have not asked other guests if they have the same issue as me; if conditions are limited on the island, that can be understood. 3. The view from the restaurant is particularly beautiful, but there are a lot of flies during meal times. While the food containers have lids, the serving spoon for rice is placed outside and may fall. It would be better if they could keep the spoon inside the container. The restaurant could also place some sticky tape for catching flies, as most guests would bring children to see the small sharks. Adults can manage, but we don't want children to eat food contaminated by flies, especially since the room rates here are not very cheap during the summer vacation. I hope the hygiene situation can be improved. 4. Check-out is at 10 AM, and check-in is between 2 and 3 PM, depending on cleaning progress. The boat arrives at the hotel by 12 PM, and after check-out, you can only wait in the restaurant. Is it possible to change the check-out time to 11:30 AM? After all, everyone wants to take the free boat off the island and wouldn't want to miss the departure time. 5. There are snorkeling activities worth experiencing, and it would be perfect if the hotel could rent out filming equipment as well. Overall, I am very satisfied; the scenery is much more beautiful than in the photos, and it is a memorable experience.
The location of this resort couldn’t get any better. Right on the beach with pristine clear water right in front of you. Perfect to spend the day snorkeling or relaxing. We found the food good. Was always something to eat that was nice and tasty at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was huge and the beds were comfy. However the room we had was very dated and could’ve done with quite a few things modernising and even fixing. Staff were fantastic and very helpful here. Overall, would recommend and would definitely love to return one day.
We had a lovely family stay. The staff was forward coming and helpful. I got eaten up by bedbugs and sandflies/mosquitoes which was quite annoying. The breakfast was very average missing choice of fruits and decent bread but the buffet dinner was really good though people were rushing to eat. Sari pacifica has for sure the best spot on the island. It’s quiet and breezy. Shame that the diving center was closed and that there was no other alternative for us to dive. There were group snorkeling trips arranged by the hotel but we opted for private boat option at the same price. Overall it was a memorable stay and we would Come back and recommend this place. We saw loads of small and big sharks and trigger fish. The coral nearby were bleached! And all over lang tengah! It’s time to act!

Our first impression of this hotel when the boat was wow, this hotel stands out from the rest. The common area was tidy and clean, the pristine blue sea and white sands. Everything perfect. Please opt for full boarding as the food even though not that many as the hotels in the city but so delish! The downside would be the facilities in the room was too outdated especially in the bathroom. Please opt for villa instead. PS: Please go to the abandoned jetty at the end of the beach, you will see a lot of baby sharks dududududu! You are welcome!
