Large Sewer/drainage outlet directly in front of my room C104, leading out onto the beach. Nasty. I’ve seen far cleaner beaches but also worse. The beach is the best thing about staying at this very outdated resort. Loose rusty nails protruding around the worn wooden bungalow decking. Sort it out guys! Fortunately this time I didn’t get scammed at check out and was refunded the entire 1000 baht deposit. Not worth the price they charge to stay here, imho.

The condo was very nice, the grounds were spectacular 333 tv stations not one english channel, service from bar/restaraunt service I have ever experienced in Thailand, would have stayed longer and will not go back due to the pathetic service

Great location , majestic beach, quiet place. Negative points: swimming pool not suitable for young children (even dangerous I should say ) , this is NOT a hotel so don't expect services of this kind,it's more like you're on your own, for instance delivery food from marina you need to pick it up there, etc... I would recommend only for the location because you are not taken in charge so If you expect this you will be disappointed.

This place is really special. Biggest room I have ever stayed in. Lovely balcony, beautiful beach, though the water isn’t as clear as in other places like ko Lipe. Zodiac, the housekeeper, is a great. She organised a motorbike at a discounted rate, our trip but to bkk cheaper than we could manage and nothing was too much trouble. The Shambala restaurant you can see in the picture was delicious, if pricier than I am used to. Cocktails by that pool whilst watching the sun go down is a worthwhile sport. There are floating things you can rent should the desire take you. This was a really great place to stay. John and Francesca.

belle surface pour cet appartement, la vue sur la mer à partir du balcon est exceptionnelle avec le coucher de soleil en prime, piscine à débordement avec son pool bar à quelques mètres, seul bémol la mer est peu profonde même à marée haute, dommage, besoin d'avoir un moyen de locomotion car le condo est loin de tout, avec un scooter c'est parfais pour aller à la superbe plage de sable blanc à environ 10 mn

Unschön sind die sehr hohen strom- und Wasserkosten. 100-200 Baht pro Tag. Grossartig ist die Hausmeisterin LEK! Immer und zu jeder Zeit da wenn man Hilfe braucht. Tolle Frau, 5 Sterne!

チャン島船着場から近いものの、隔離された入り江にあり抜群の静けさ、景観、美しいビーチを誇る。　部屋も清潔、洗濯機、キッチン（電子レンジ、炊飯釜など一式）・食器付きで便利。　注意：ホテルではない。　リゾート別荘を複数のオーナーが貸し出している（それがどういう形態でアゴダに纏められているかは不明）。　アパート形式以外にも別荘一棟貸し（3ベッドルームなどで、複数家族で利用可）あり。　ホテルの様なサービスを期待してはいけない。　到着時にフロントに行くも（それも探すのに苦労した）結局手続きは20分くらいして別荘管理人が外からやってきた（英語は通じる）。　アゴダで既に宿泊代は支払い済みだったが、保証金現金6000バーツを払ったが（アゴダリマークにも書いてあった）チェックアウト時には問題なく返金された。　別荘地（ビーチ沿いに長さ1km、幅300m程度）にレストランはあるが、結構歩く。デリバリーあり。センスのよいプールとプールバーはアパートから近い。　レピーターたる別荘住人を相手にしているので、レストランやバーのお値段は良心的で味もよい。　別荘地管理はしっかりしており、住人より使用人の方が多いくらいで、全般的に綺麗に保たれている。　ただ新築別荘工事などでちょっと目障りな部分もあった。　7-11やミニスーパー、ガソリンスタンドがある集落までは1km強（週末にはタラートあり）。　私はバンコク駐在で車があったので不自由なかったが、車がなければバイクレンタルしないとシンドイ（部屋に案内があった、一日1000円程度、タイのリゾートではバイクレンタルで免許の有無を問われることはないと聞く）。　　ｱゴダ備考欄にこちらのメアドなどを記入し管理人に連絡してくる様求め、到着日時などを事前に打合わせたほうが賢明。 Although not far from the ferry pier, located in an amazingly quiet and private cove, with a beautiful beach. Large and clean room, with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. But be warned, this is not a hotel. It is rather private holiday apartments or cottages (3 bed rooms) leased by a group of owners. And those are taken care by House Keeper living outside of the facility, so it is essential to establish a contact with House Keeper BEFORE arriving (When booking through Agoda, you should make a request House Keeper to contact you by giving your e-mail address in the remark column). There are 2 dining facilities plus pool bar within the villa estate, however you may have to walk a bit. Villa estate is about 1km along the beach, and about 300m wide towards inland. I dined at a small restaurant facing the beach, and it was very nice. In general, food and drinks within this villa estate is reasonably priced, probably because their main customers are repeaters. The nearest village with 7-11, mini-super, and petrol station is about 1km+. Staying here without a car or moped is difficult. There is a rental moped service nearby, at about 300 bahts/day (I do not think they will ask you for your bike license)

1. ในแอปพลิเคชั่นแจ้งว่ามีการเก็บค่าไฟเพิ่มยูนิตละ 7 บาท แต่ทางคนดูแลบ้านพักตอนถามแจ้งยูนิตละ 8 บาท จึงเข้าไปดูในแอปพลิเคชั่นแล้วแจ้งกับคนดูแลว่าในแอปพลิเคชั่นเขียนไว้ยูนิตละ 7 บาท ทางคนดูแลจึงเก็บในราคายูนิตละ 7 บาท 2. เข้าพัก 3 วัน 2 คืน มิเตอร์ไฟขึ้นไปทั้งสิ้น 207 หน่วย ราคาค่าไฟที่ต้องจ่ายคือ 1,449 บาท แต่ทางคนดูแลให้ดูมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าก่อนเข้าพักและตอนออก ซึ่งทุกคนคิดว่ามิเตอร์วิ่งค่อนข้างเร็วในประมาณนึง เนื่องจากช่วงกลางวันออกไปข้างนอกและเปิดแอร์แค่ในช่วงกลางคืน 3 ห้อง 3. เตียงและผ้าปูเลอะเทอะในประมาณนึง 4. สิ่งอำนวย ของใช้ในห้องน้ำมีเพียงทิชชู่และผ้าขนหนู ซึ่งราคาบ้านพักสูงในระดับนึง 5. ผู้ดูแลบ้านที่มาตอนรับ เช็คอิน ไม่โอเคมาก คำพูดเอย ท่าทางเอย 6. เมื่อเช็คเอาท์ไม่ได้รับบัตรประชาชนคืน ซึ่งนั้นก็เป็นความผิดเราด้วยที่ไม่ทวง ผ่านมาสี่วันแล้วก็ยังไม่ได้รับบัตรคืน แจ้งแล้วให้ช่วยส่งคืนด้วยเนื่องจากรีบใช้และบัตรประชาชนคือสิ่งสำคัญมาก

ที่นี่เก็บค่ามัดจำ3000 บาท มองว่าแพงมากกก รร. 5 ดาวหรือที่อื่นๆยังไม่เก็บเงินค่ามีดจำแพงขนาดนี้ ห้องก็ไม่ได้ดีมากก ก็ปกติเหมือนอพาทเม้นทั่วๆไป และคนดูแลห้องก็ไม่รับโทรศัพท์ น้ำไม่ไหล ก็ไม่มีคนแจ้งหรือทำอะไรให้เลย ไม่มีคนดูแลเลย เซงมาก ไม่คุ้มค่าเงินที่จ่ายเลย ติดต่อยาก ตอนแรกที่จองไม่รู้ว่ามันเป็นแบบนี้ มันไม่ใช่ รร เหมือนปกติและก็ไม่เหมือน service apartment ทั่วไป และมีการเก็บค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟเพิ่มต่างหาก ต้องอ่านดูดีๆด้วย และก็แอบแพง พัก2 วัน แบบไม่ได้อยู่ห้องเลย แค่นอน ค่าไฟ 250 บาท ค่าน้ำ ไม่เสีย เพราะไม่มีน้ำให้ใช้ น้ำไม่ไหล TT
