Simple but nice”
The hotel is located in the center of Phuket city at a sometimes busy main street. So, if you prefer a quiet room, take one at the backside of the hotel. This location is very convenient for walking tours and many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel also has their own (free) parking area. Being slightly disabled, the only inconvenience I had was that there is no elevator.

Thank you so very much for your wonderful comments on our Hotel. On behalf of the team I wish you the very best in your future endeavors and we hope to be able to welcome you back again in the future. Have a wonderful day. Best regards
Great Boutique Hotel, comfortable rooms, newly renovated.”
Great little restaurant adjacent, close transport, 40 minutes from main beaches if that's your fancy. Near Old Phuket Town and Chillva night markets. Value for money. 💰 Breakfast is sufficient if you use microwave to scramble or fry eggs. Great Coffee. Along with juice, toast, jam, fried rice)noodles and chicken sausages. Compared to what others pay close by it is worth a stay

Good value hotel for overnight stop in Phuket Town”
Two of us have stayed twice at this hotel. The staff are helpful and the hotel has some nice touches with the lighting and room decor. The only downside is that the bathroom is enclosed in the room itself.

In decline, but still OK (e.g., "free mini bar" is just water!)”
I've stayed here about 5-6 times over the past five years. I have always recommended it --- and continue to recommend it. However, the overall quality is going down. It may be just small things, but they are still things: the "free mini bar" is just water; previously, free instant noodles are now gone; etc. No elevator. The location is good. The staff are friendly. As long as the price remains competitive, it is still a good option.

Not a quiet hotel”
1. Stayed in a room at 3rd floor. Sound proof very bad. Early morning can heard motors and cars moving around. 2. Water bottle provided in a glass bottle. Not convenient for guests to consume. 3. Toilet is smelly.

Great place, clean rooms”
We booked at Sino Imperial through Agoda and shortly prior to travel, my wife broke her foot. We called both Agoda and the hotel to request a room on the first floor. Sino Imperial advised us that they did not have a room on the first floor nor did they have an elevator. They offered an upgraded room at their sister property, Sino House, which has an elevator. We gratefully accepted this upgrade, and the hotel was one of our favorite hotels! The room was a good size, and it was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the Glass House restaurant was one of the best breakfasts we have had with so many great selections! The location was convenient for a home base to explore the city and the outskirts. We had a rental car and they had a car park area for us to use as well. I would only stay at this hotel in Phuket Town now that I have been spoiled!

Excellent value hotel in a central location”
I would highly recommend staying at Sino Imperial if you are planning to stay in Phuket Town. I decided to stay in Phuket Town to stay away from the tourist traps in Patong. If you decide to spend time there, a bus stop is very close to this hotel and takes you there in 30 minutes. The hotel itself is centrally located and a lot of very good restaurants and tour companies are within walking distance, room was very clean, no bugs, fast reliable internet, and friendly helpful staff. There is no breakfast served but they do have free bottled water, soda, and instant noodles in the rooms free of charge. Another bonus was the front desk offered me cold medicine when they heard me coughing and sniffling with a cold. Great service! The only thing is the taxis charge 600 Baht each way to and from the airport. I would recommend planning ahead and take the bus (more economical). If your flight arrives late at night (after 6pm?), it will be near impossible to take a minivan or find an economical way to the hotel because most travelers are headed to Patong.

Excellent experience”
We went there for our honeymoon and stayed in Sino Imperial for ~1-week. Had a very good experience with the staff which helped in quick check-in and explaining all the policies of the hotel. Very courteous & straightforward staff, with no hidden sub-texts to their speaking (something one encounters in Phuket with almost all businesses). Try to take a room NOT facing the street, since the street-facing rooms tend to be noisier (am told); we didn't have a street-facing room, though. They serve decent breakfast every morning - breads, croissants, muffins, toasts (with butter/jam), juice, coffee. No egg or meat but a very decent breakfast. The location of this hotel is very good too - reasonably close to almost every place if you rent a bike. All the island trips, which we booked, gave us a free pick-up since this hotel is located in Phuket town. Good number of bike rentals are available close by, in particular I would recommend NIM Car Rent (yes the name has Car rent but they keep bikes as well!)- about 100m from the hotel on Rassada Rd., run by Mr. Prachid Gershub. About 1-km away is Robinson Mall - the entire area has excellent options for dining.

Best Stay in Phuket Town”
It's my 2nd stay in Sino Imperial and i have to say that it's one of the best hotels in Phuket town, it is very accessible to anywhere you wanna go in Phuket town. You can find great food just beside the hotel at Kopi De Phuket. Night market is just around the corner. Staff's attitude is perfect. English is good too. Night is peaceful, don't have to be worried about vehicles making noise at night. Overall a 9/10

Very good night”
We had a very good night in this hotel, ideally placed in Phuket Town. The minibar filled with free water is a really nice addition to most hotels we've been in. The hotel also have a really nice patio on the 2nd floor we enjoyed late at night. Thanks Sino Imperial Phulet Hotel!

Clean, fast services, friendly and attentive staff”
We stayed only 8 hours at this hotel before departure to BKK from Karon beach. The hotel is valued for the money with fast internet access. The staff is very friendly and attentive with quick check-in and check-out. Airport transportation is good and at reasonable price. It is quite easy to discover the old Phuket city and shopping areas and enjoy good local foods. If you stay longer in Phuket town, I would highly recommend to use the Sino House - the same branch of this hotel for your stay as it is good with more facilities and higher quality of room and services.

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff”
We only stayed one night, the earlier day hampered by drizzling rain and the next day was check-out for airport. The first day we managed to shop at the Weekend Night Market outside Phuket town. The next morning, I managed to buy 2 kilo of cashew nuts at a decent price of 280Baht per kilo. at the Phuket wet market. This was the whole fruit instead of the cheaper split/broken nuts. We had breakfast at a local restuarant near the temple close to the hotel. The pork sate (grilled pork in sticks) was fantablous!!! All in all, bargaining is the keyword towards an enjoyable experience in Phuket

Awesome place to rest in town”
Hotel has the renovation with cool design, that's different look from Google street view (in 2011). Love almost everything in this place, free mini bar in room (instant noodle with hot pot & bowl, cola and water). Location is great that near Phuket Town, & Bus station #1. There is also the motorcycle rental shop nearby and you can park the bike in front of the hotel. All staff have great service mind. You can borrow some umbrellas when raining. Breakfast line has a few things to eat (cereal, sausage, coffee&tea, bread, dessert) but for this price that is worth for.

One night stay”
We had to stay In Phuket for one night since we missed our ferry to Phi Phi, and Sino was the best decision. The place was beautiful and clean. Staffs were great! Especially the front desk gentlemen (I forgot his name), but he was amazing and very accommodating. He even helped us book a round-trip transfer with our hotel in Phi Phi as well as going back to the airport at the end of our trip. The breakfast was included which was nice, it was small but enough. Overall, we would recommend this hotel!!
