The hotel is in a good location and convenient, the decoration is very nice, and I love this hotel. There are many good service rooms for the guests. I took my daughter to the kids' room, and she really enjoyed playing with the toys in that room. She was delighted to explore all the different activities available, from arts and crafts to interactive games. It made our stay even more enjoyable, knowing she had a safe and fun space to play while we relaxed.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially for the cleaning service and bell boy. The location is near to the convention center, can reach in 10 mins by car.

The reception staff were also friendly and responded with smiles. The restaurant staff also responded with smiles. There were cracks in the grout of the bathtub in the room, and I felt the need for repairs. The breakfast meals were delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. The refrigerator cooled well when adjusted. There were no welcome fruits. The heated pool was too cold. It seemed that the heated pool was managed by a different company, and the atmosphere wasn't very good due to the children from the swimming classes. This is something common in hotels in China. The location is not walkable from the airport or station, so transportation is a must.

The place was very nice, and we chose it because it's close to the expo. However, the staff needs to improve their English so we can communicate better. I asked for a vanity kit, but they didn’t understand and gave me earplugs instead. The food was okay, but I hope there will be more variety next time.

“Not an impressive stay”
I booked 2 rooms, and had been assigned room *** and ***. Room ***is standard but *** is below standard, detailed as follows: 1. There is no light switch in the entrance, you need to search in the dark for the switch after entering the room. 2. The TV is not functioning at all througout the stay, a strange message saying something is interfering the signal is always displayed in the TV once turned on. 3. At least three small insects with long tail were found in the bathroom. For the hotel service, in the first day of the arrival, I took a quick lunch in the cafe lounge, however it took more than 30 minutes for a sandwich to get delivered, this is inefficient. Hotel is not well located so the shuttle service becomes important. There is however few scheduled shuttle during the day and it is only one way without the return service. On my day of check out, the 1030 scheduled service is even cancelled without reason. Not a reliable service. Breakfast quality is not good, hot dishes and congees were luke warm at most, empty dishes not refilled regularly, one out of the two coffee machine was also not working. Overall, not an impressive stay. Something commendable: the room attendance is friendly - she took initiative to give me extra bottles of drinking water in my room before servicing my room, mainly due to the hot weather consideration of the day. Thanks her for the care.
