Good and clean stay but no buggy services ”
Overall, the hotel room and cleanliness are well maintained, don’t aspect any soundproof room and the buggy is out of service. They should have mentioned it earlier that the buggy is spoil and they are no longer providing it. Map for buggy services are not available at the lobby and lift, so they do not have the buggy service anymore. Will have to walk out to 7/11, luckily it’s a walking distance 2-3 mins walk. Walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall. Foot massage is at the affordable price and easy access, just located at the Spittze Hotel lobby.

It's actually Good but they make me ashamed in breakfast with telling me that I didn't pay the room include breakfast and I have to pay it. But I went to check my email again that I know for sure I book it with breakfast. And they apologize and give my money back. I don't know who's fault it is but I hope in the future SPITZEE and AGODA will short this out. So the travelers can experience the journey with good memories.

Staffs are very accommodating from the day we arrived up to the day we left the hotel. Since we are on vacation, most of our time were spent outside the hotel. However, they maintain the cleanliness and freshness of our room. Spittze hotel is quite near with the shopping malls.

A Quiet Place to Stay in the city”
The hotel is located along an alley and is 5 to 10minute walk from a major road with public transportation. I find the room clean, affordable and quiet. I was disappointed though that the fitness gym was closed temporarily during my stay. It was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
