I liked the room very much and thought it good value for money. A large balcony with a panoramic view. The bathroom has wet and dry areas. Noisy neighbours talking with guests late into the night were a nuisance. I would consider coming here again and perhaps getting a quieter room.
Close to the beach , old style very clean rooms , good bedding . No pool no gym no problem . My only complaint is the internet in the room can be very slow . I've returned here a number of times and coming back again in six months . It's not a resort it's a good value basic hotel .
Many may not be happy with the very “casual “ operation here , reception is only staffed occasionally which can be confusing when checking in or out . Staff are good and the rooms are good value and big . It’s surrounded by all you need , cafes , 7/11 bakeries etc and it’s a two or three minute walk to the beach . I like the place and happy to return .
There will be a lot of Russians; if you want to avoid them, don't come here. You can enjoy it at a very low price, but if you are budget-conscious, be prepared for low water pressure and sometimes no water, as well as antique hardware. Myanmar workers come to clean almost every day, and finding someone at the reception can be a little difficult; you have to rely on luck. The location is on the main road, making it convenient to get everywhere, but there will be more relative noise, especially from the owner's dog. Breakfast is made slowly after the staff arrives around 8 o'clock. My reservation included breakfast, but the owner cancelled it on the grounds that the order price was too low. If the above problems are acceptable to you, then this is really a good place to stay. If given the chance, I will come again for free.

The hotel is located like 2 blocks from the beach which is awesome, it has a lot of good restaurants around and you can extend your stay without any issues, I did it twice. Regarding rooms and the hotel itself, it's good for it's price, keep in mind that it's a regular hotel and not a premium accommodation, but it's not bad at all.
