The bed space is narrow. The partitions are simple, so there is no soundproofing. The shower and kitchen are equipped with basic facilities and are generally clean. Perhaps because it was a holiday period, the prices were high, but the location is convenient, and I think it can be a viable option if it fits your schedule and purpose.

It was my first time staying in a guest house, and it was a long stay of 7 nights, but it was very comfortable. I appreciated the various considerations, and the quick response to my inquiries sent via LINE was very helpful. Thank you very much. If I have work nearby again, I will definitely use your place!

It was my first solo trip and my first time staying in a hostel, so I had a lot of worries, but it exceeded my expectations! The room seemed to originally fit three people, but I only had one roommate, and it was very quiet! I had initially planned to just wash up and sleep at the accommodation, so I think it was the best value for money at about 100,000 won for three nights. The owner is Taiwanese and speaks English well, so communication was not a problem at all! She also recommended great restaurants and made calls to check if there were seats available for me, so I had a delicious meal! I had a great time talking with other travelers I met there. It seems like the staff comes in at around 10 every morning, and even though there are not many people around, the place is cleaned daily. The only downside was that there were only stairs, so carrying my suitcase down from the third floor was a bit tiring, and I had to use the bathroom on the first floor instead of the one on the third floor after 11 PM due to noise. Other than that, I think it wouldn’t be a problem if you shower early, and just be careful with the steep stairs when carrying your luggage. The third floor seemed to be for females only, while the second floor was coed. On the third floor, there are two rooms; one is a dormitory and the other is a private room. I think I would stay here again whether I come alone or with others. I didn't feel the distance from the station at all, as I walked or rode a bike instead of using public transport. However, there's a bus stop just about 100 meters ahead! I think this place is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to save on expenses or experience a hostel!

I was a bit surprised at first because of the check-in opening time, but I’m leaving with such wonderful memories!! I loved having a place to stay in my favorite area and I made a reservation because I really wanted to see that view from the review photos, and I was so happy to see such a satisfying view! It was a small and quiet place that I really liked, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept well and got around! The location was close to Hakata Station, and I could walk everywhere, plus there was a bus nearby, so I was able to get a bus pass and traveled around easily! The hot water was great, and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer were all really good!! I think all you need to do is bring your towels haha. The owner was very kind to me, which made my trip even more enjoyable hehe. Thank you!!

“Korean review”
This is an honest review of the accommodation I reserved while traveling alone. Overall evaluation: Good value for money. First of all, the accommodation is right in front of a river (literally, when you open the door, you're right at the Nakasu River), so the view is amazing! You can enjoy the river view before going to bed and as soon as you wake up! The host is multilingual (speaking three languages?), so it seems that many people of various nationalities use this place. Even if you're a solo traveler from Korea, the host explains everything in English that is easy to understand. The accommodation is clean. However, because you need to move around by stairs, it might be a bit inconvenient if your suitcase is heavy or large!!! But you probably won't have to move your luggage much except when checking in and out, so it's easy to use. The bathroom and shower are separate; there is one shower on the first floor and one on the third floor. The shower is in a small booth, so it's not very comfortable to use. Still, it's not a problem for washing and sleeping. There is a subway station within a 5-minute walk, and if you walk for about 15 minutes, you'll reach Canal City, and 20 minutes to Tenjin!!! The location is great. Everything was satisfactory, but as a person using the dormitory room, I couldn't sleep well due to returning at 4 AM and being in the same room as a heavy snorer... I stayed for two days, and I couldn't sleep at all during both nights. Sensitive people may find it a bit difficult!!
