We stay here for 7 days 6 nights, and we never regret for staying here. It is a budget hotel, when we first reach here, from outlook of the hotel we feel like the hotel is so so. But when we enter our room, we are satisfied with the room. The room is big, aircond is cold, and the bed is soft-we booked for deluxe room. Bonus point is, the hotel location is strategic,where it is at pratunam area, close to shopping place. Pratunam shopping mall, pratunam market and baiyoke wholesale market are just walking distance. Further, the place is easy to call for taxi. The aunty, believe is the owner of the hotel, is friendly. She is willing to share with us info about where to go in bangkok, and always greet us with smiley face. On day 6 actually we booked for superior room, and we requested to stay at the same deluxe room due to lazy to move our things, aunty give us free upgrade to stay at the same deluxe room. There are various massage shop just around the hotel. We highly recommended this hotel, not only the price is value for money, and also the service is good. Lastly, we will definitely book back the same hotel next year when we go to bangkok again

Good Location”
very good place.. the location near the shopping complex & night market. we always choose this hotel every time we go to Bangkok. only the shower not good condition (leaking). maybe now already fixed. sometimes Taxi don't know this hotel.. very easy to explain to the taxi driver, just them near Indra Regent Hotel. Mostly driver taxi know where is Indra Regent Hotel. The Boutique Place Hotel opposite Indra Regent hotel.

Traveller looking for good value near Amari Hotel”
I was attending a one-day seminar at the nearby Amari Watergate Hotel in a busy shopping area and I needed a place to stay that was good value and the Boutique Place was that. I stayed in a double-bed superior and the room makes good use of space and is not just your boring square room. The shower was strong and warm and the bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely quiet albeit without much natural light. The owner lady was extremely friendly and kind.

7 11 and pratunam market is just nearby”
We enjoy staying in The Boutique Place. Pratunam market is just beside the hotel. Indra square is at the opposite. Baiyoke Night Market starts operating at night which is nearby too. There are many tuk-tuk and taxi outside the hotel, airport railway link is within walking distance. Indra Hotel which is situated at the opposite of The Boutique Place offers cheap touring package, anyone can join their tours. There are vans outside that provide transfer services to Pattaya every hour which costs THB150 per person. We didn't need to worry about our transportation at all. The staff are friendly, some might not speak English, but there is an aunty who believed is the owner, she can speak English well. She provides many useful information, thanks to her. The Boutique Place also provides free luggage storage services. Will come back again.

The lady boss very friendly and helpful to search for transportation and giving me advise on travel tips. The location is good. It was next to the Pratunam market. However, the outlook of the hotel might not on par to the room photo. I dislike the room with window. People from corridor might able to view the room even curtain provided.

Just to take note the check in timing as I arrive earlier but the person at the counter Ann was really nice and told me she would try to give me the room as soon as possible after the guest before us has checked out. Great place with free snacks, hairdryer, fridge and even a kettle! As I checked out quite earlier in the morning around 4am, the guy at the reception was really friendly even though he was taking a nap! A pleasant stay for the price if you are not extremely picky! Not too deserted as opposite was a big hotel that constantly had people entering and leaving ! Definitely a good place if you plan to go budget !

Location is perfect for shopping lovers”
Location is perfect for shopping .Its in center of Indra Square.It has a lift.Everything is with in a walking distance .Palladium Market,The platinum fashion mall,talad neon night market,Pratunam night market ,you can go within couple of minutes by walking.The room was spacious.The old woman,may be the owner of this hotel is fluent in english & when i called her to inform that we ll do late check in,she kept somes snakes and juice for free of cost in the room.She is super friendly.Overall.That was a comfortable stay.We will come back again !

Great location, close to shopping area”
This is an excellent value for money hotel, it had well designed spacious rooms and although our one did not have a window, somehow it didn't bother us. We spent new year's eve in Bangkok and this hotel served as the perfect base to explore the attractions and the teemendious amounts of shopping opportunities that Bangkok offers. Plenty of shops, malls and eateries are withing 5mins walking distance of the hotel.

Cosy Room”
I was so pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It is spacious and we enjoy our stay very much! The staff at the counter was quite fluent in english and was really very helpful in explaining how to get to the airport rail link. The location is superb, just a 5 mins walk to Pratunam Mart, about 10 mins walk to Platinum Mall and also Ratchaprarop Station (Airport Rail Link). We will definitely choose this hotel again if we come to Bkk!

More like a nice hostel, should provide breakfast”
The hotel is a 10mins walk from Rachapraprop station(on the Airport City Line), right beside Indra Square & Indra regent Hotel. Look out for the yellow building slightly to the inside of the Indra Regent Hotel sign. The lobby is very basic, one long sofa, one office desk, and a very small lift, small enough for 2 persons and their luggage case to fit. The Superior room was nice enough, basic ammenities like towels,toilet papers, and hangers were available. Rooms were very much like those shown in the hotel pictures. It felt more like a nice hostel/guesthouse than a small hotel. Would be a much better stay if at least a simple breakfast was provided as looking for warm food at 9am was not as easy as we thought. Had to eat at the Mcdonalds or food court at Shibuya19 for breakfast. Thats slightly troublesome so if you do not need to eat breakfast and would like a clean room in a good location at a affordable price, The Boutique place would be alright. If not, I would suggest other hotels in that area that provides breakfast.

Boutique Place hotel is located across the road from the Indra Regent it is a small hotel The rooms are very adequate with haridryer tv and fridge and were clean Area around hotel has fantatic shopping with Platium Fashion Mall up the road and if you need a coffee there is a mc cafe mcdonalds across the road in the indra regent hotel. Staff where friendly, but did hear of two people handbags cut and taken in this area so be careful.

Best hotel ever”
Best hotel I ever stayed. Too good for me to spare my time for this feedback which I seldom spoke out. Had a great week at this hotel as it feels like home more than a common hotel. Warm and great greetings from the ladies and counter reception. Thanks for service and would denitely go there for my next visit again. It is so convenient just right in the city area and near to most of the famous shopping mall in Bangkok.

Decent hotel for the average budget traveler. Excellent location as its near shopping areas and most cab/tuktuk drivers are familiar with the place. Good price to pay but dont expect much. My room bed mattress was hard and stiff. Bring your own toiletries. Wifi connection was not too bad. Friendly staff. Overall experience was good, but definitely not for the fussy pussy.

Good service, comfortable and great location”
Hotel doesn't provide meals though (that's why I stated as 1). However, guests are welcome to consume the snacks and drinks (juice and bottled water) provided in the room at no extra cost. I was already very sick upon checked in and was rather annoyed that the walls were rather thin as I could hear the conversations and laughter coming from the adjacent room because I really needed the restful night. Understood from the manager that they recently renovated the property. If only the walls are thicker then it would have been better. This is definitely not a rant but genuine reflection. Wall aside, the property is located smacked in the middle of great shopping district and eateries are easily available. No problem getting taxis either. The room I was allocated was very clean and has a nice bay seating. So do stay with this hotel. Cheers!!

Great Location, Budget Friendly and Free Wifi”
Right at the heart of the Pratunam shopping district, this budget friendly hotel has suprisingly large rooms (we got the deluxe) complete with all basic amenities (ref, a/c, tv, hot water). The bed was big and extremely comfy with thick comforters and an abundance of pillows. They also have free wifi which most other hotels charge for. The owner also personally attended to our needs. Two thumbs up!

The room is clean, tidy, comfortable and bigger than expected. Free snacks every day. The owner lady is very cute and friendly. A great location with few minutes walk to Pratunam Market, Big C supermarket Platinum shopping mall, etc.

Clean and great location in pratunam for a budget hotel. We only stayed for a night coz transiting to other part of Thailand so its not too bad. The lift can only take 2 persons with luggage bag.. so tiny but cute!
