Beautiful Hotel, Fantastic Location”
a colleague of mine recommended i stay at the fullerton, so my husband and i booked a weekend stay here during a quick getaway to singapore. we had previously stayed at the shangri-la and marina bay sands, and really enjoyed both hotels. when we arrived at the fullerton, i was immediately impressed by the location of the hotel. it sits between marina bay (across the street from merlion park) and the singapore river / asian civilizations museum. the check in process was smooth, so we dropped our bags and walked along the river, stopping for tapas along the water. we then decided to hit the pool, which over looks the river. i've never been swimming so close to skyscrapers! it was quite peaceful. after our relaxing swim, we walked over to lau pa sat (10 min walk) for some good hawker food. then, back along the bay to see the merlion and watch the light show at marina bay sands. why am i detailing our itinerary? i couldn't believe how easily we hit the ground running in singapore. the only thing we're not close to is the shopping malls on orchard rd. we will go to the shoppes at marina bay sands instead. for the business traveler, this hotel is very close to the financial district. the ambiance and amenities are fantastic. i loved the high ceiling in my room. had a good night sleep - really good bed!

The best hotel in the city”
the best hotel we'd stayed in. we had stayed twice in marina bay sands before but the fullerton hotel give us the feeling of just being home without any hassle. we arrived early in the morning and was checked in immediately. also given a late check out since our flight is not until midnight. the nanny service is excellent. we were provided of a very child friendly babysitter. our son was comfortable with his "auntie". morning breakfast has an excellent choices and we can sit outside looking out the river and to asian civilization museum. the swimming pool is under renovation but guests can use the swimming pool facility of the fullerton by the bay hotel (a chain hotel fronting marina bay sands). this one didnt bother us since there are so much to do in singapore than to swim in the pool. overall, we love our stay in fullerton hotel.the best vacation ever.

Just WOW!!”
First of all, we were treated like VIP, everything is VIP service from the receptions, dining area and so on. We were offered to experience at their new hotel Fullerton Bay Hotel and they take us there with luxury car & MPV. When we arrive at the entrance of the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the front door staff and of our luggage they ask us not to worry about that, it will be sent directly to our room. When we checked in, the front desk staff is very friendly and greeted us with a very warm welcome smile. After checking in, they even offer us to show us around the hotel and all the other facilities the hotel has. When we went inside our room, we were very amazed with the view of our hotel, it is right in front of Marina Bay Sand building and at night time we can just sit down in front of the balcony and watch the light and music show. All the facilities in the hotel is great, you can soaked in the bathtub watching TV in front of you and in the meantime you can have a outside view of MBS. Then we have a wide selection of english tea and superb coffee bean for you to brew it yourself. Of course we did request for a baby cot and the moment when we came in after we went out for a quick walk, the baby cot is there already. The kids love the hotel so much and enjoy it very much. Then in the morning where we have the breakfast, we were also greeted warmly by the staff. Food selection is just nice, you have Asians, Western & Indian cuisine. All the food were well display and the food is above average. They also serve you nice coffee and tea and also fruit juice where you can order from the counter. Also from the kitchen, you can also order pan cakes, waffles and others which we can;t remember all of them. We have the best waffles ever at the hotel. YES! we definitely will come back to stay at this hotel again and highly recommend to everyone to stay here at Fullerton Bay Hotel.

Excellent, one of the bests hotels in Singapore”
I stayed a weekend in Singapore at The Fullerton, you can feel the quality of the hotel from the moment that you get in from the car park - big halls, huge doors, art everywhere. It's a very luxurious hotel, but at an affordable pricing - specially if you get one of those promotional prices! The room was simply fantastic with a huge bed and bathroom containing a shower and a large tub. Room service was delicious, plenty of offering and fast response all day long. City view wasn't that great (we where jsut facing a tall building, no view at all) but it doesnt really matter. Is just one step away from the Fullerton bay (in front of Marina Bay Sands) and 5 - 10 min walk to Clark Quay. Excellent location and superb staff attention.

Impeccable grand dame on the harbor”
we have stayed at several hotels in singapore, with the fullerton hotel as the most traditionally 5 star so far. it is very conveniently located near the raffles place mrt stop, along the river quay and off several main roads into downtown. only 10-years old but set in a 100-year-old former post office, the entire place exudes old-world style and grace. the lobby is huge and sunlit from the skylights far above. marbles and rich fabrics adorn furniture and fixtures. the service is impeccable -- fast and polite reception, efficient and thoughtful housecleaning, and attentive dining staff. our room was on the 6th-floor facing the bay with marina bay sands hotel beyond. it was quiet and comfortable, although the bed wasn't as soft as we like...but a small inconvenience.

Fantastic hotel”
We loved our stay at The Fullerton - on check in we were given a free upgrade to a fab room with a big terrace overlooking the city... the staff were very helpful and attentive at all times. The room was big and the bathroom huge! the location of The Fullerton is spot on - right in the centre but somehow still manages to be in a serene peaceful spot. Breakfast on the terrace of the Town Restaurant overlooking the river and the boat quays was perfect. We also nipped across the road to The Fullerton Bay hotel (Fullerton sister hotel) for drinks one evening on the roof terrace which was fantastic and as a guest at the Fullerton i was also able to use the roof top pool there which was fab. overall it was the perfect hotel in singapore and i would definitely return to it next time we go to singapore (or maybe the Fulleron Bay Hotel) Also had a massage at the hotel spa which was great!

Delightful”
Had an absolutely delightful stay the The Fullerton this past weekend. We were two friends travelling together and found an incredible deal through AGODA for this 5-star old world charm establishment. When we last minute needed to add an additional personal to our booking, no problems and great communication. I arrived very early into Singapore and was able to use the gym/spa facilities to shower and change. It also has lockers in which I left my hand luggage bag. I went off for a morning coffee tour and upon returning at 12h30 found my room to be ready. Weather was quite rainy so I called up for some bubble bath and had a lovely relaxing afternoon (Sidenote: bath products smell amazing). The Lighthouse Rooftop Bar has a great view over the river and the Marina Bay Sands, and was a perfect spot for watching the nightly lightshow. I found the location for the hotel to be excellent - right near Boat Quay, across from the Asian Civililisations Museum, walking distance to Chinatown.

Awesome hotel and staff ”
Fullerton hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Singapore. The room is well maintained with clean amenities and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The Fullerton hotel has a rich heritage and hotel guest can sign up for the complimentary guided tours to understand more about its history. There is an underpass to cross from the hotel to the Marina Bay Area where you can visit the Merlion Park and Marina Bay Sands.

Heritage hotel with great location, good service”
As we had a young baby, our strategy was to stay for two days and rotate to another hotel in Orchard Road...we ended up staying in Fullerton Hotel for a week. We loved the Fullerton building, the room and the location was excellent. It was situated in the business district and yet it was a stone's throw away from the Esplanade, Marina Bay Sands. For us, it was so much better than Orchard Road which was congested with traffic and not child-friendly. Easy access to underground train station! Also, food was not an issue for bub, since the Fullerton had premium natural foods like fresh natural yoghurt, fruit and eggs. We recommend the Indian buffet in the Courtyard (lobby)for adults - delicious!

Great Location, stylist hotel”
the hotel is an old colonial building and has been updated to an world class hotel, with careful attention to detail. the 'check in' and 'room cleaning' service was as good as you would expect for a hotel of its class. did the fullerton bay complex on marina bay (connected by an underpass)is adjacent to the fullerton hotel and it also has coffee shops and eateries. great views of the marina bay sands hotel can be had from the fullerton bay complex.

A new classic in the making”
I stayed a few times at the Fullerton when it was brand new, around 2004, and enjoyed it a lot. This time, I returned for a two day stay - and it lived up to the standards it set back then. I love the location, especially if you have anything to do in the financial district, or along the brand new office buildings around Marina Bay. I love the huge rooms, with high ceilings, as to be expected from a 100 year old renovated building. I enjoy the personal touch in their service, the afternoon tea in the lobby as well as the big breakfast. The hotel has tremendous atmosphere, much more than can be said of any of the newly built skyscrapers. Having said that, I was very glad to get the extra special Easter room as otherwise, prices at the Fullerton can be sky high.

The Fullerton is a sophisticated luxury hotel and exceeded our expectations.. ”
Location, location, location. The Fullerton is located in the heart of Singapore which makes everything easily accessible. This includes excellent views of the Marina Bay Skyline and nightly light show. We were also fortunate that our stay occurred in late November, which enabled us to enjoy the Fullerton’s beautiful holiday lighting and decorations. We could not have been happier with our experience and would highly recommend the Fullerton to anyone looking for a hotel in Singapore.

Heartwarming service, Great Location and spacious ”
I was stayed in Fullerton for 3 nights and I must say that I will come back and stay at Fullerton for sure. All my special request were fulfilled. I really like the bellboy come and help me took all my heave luggage without me saying a word. I just get off the taxi , and he come straight away with his sincere smile. My forgetful head left all the room keys in the room, the reception staff feel sorry for me and issue me a new key card without asking further question. Also, the washroom door somehow locked by itself. We call for help and within 5mins the maintenance team came and fix it in 30 seconds. Whoa~~i'm amazed how efficient they are. The last night of my staying at Fullerton, there manager write me a heart-warming farewell card. Although the content are printed, but at the end of the card is signed by the manager his own. This is a real interaction with hotel guest and Fullerton did a great job in humanizing the hotel. All in all, I love to stay at Fullerton. Fullerton is a must for my next visit in Singapore.

A Class Hotel with Classical Overtones”
I chose the Fullerton to celebrate my wife's birthday for several reasons. It has History (A difficult thing to find in Singapore) It had class and the views afforded from the rooms were unparalleled in Singapore. Having stayed at the much vaunted but very disappointing Marina Bay Sands I needed to find somewhere with class, polish and attention to detail. All these things I found here in abundance. When they found out it was my wife's birthday not only did they provide a cake but they upgraded our room. The lady at reception (Doris) took care to make sure we were comfortable and saw us to our room personally advising us of all facilities available. I found that the staff throughout the hotel had this same mindset and nothing was too much trouble. The whole experience made for successful and relaxing visit.

one of my fav hotels in the world.”
This hotel is a classic. The building itself is one of Singapore's historical landmarks dating back to the country's colonial past. And this shows, in the airy architecture. All the necessary amenities are there, restaurant, bar, infinity pool etc. But more than this, when you step into the hotel itself you feel like you're stepping into a calm and cooling oasis. It's located a pleasant 10 minute walk from Boat Quay and Clerk Quay where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. And Marina Bay Sands, which you can see across the bay from most of the front facing rooms, is just a short cab drive away. Marina Bay Sands is Singapore's posh casino, shopping and dining centre. The rooms themselves are spacious and very comfortable. The all you can eat (and drink) champagne buffet is a must for the foodie. And you probably won't get better service anywhere in Singapore. i would recommend to any of my friends.

amazing total experience”
i have stayed in a lot of hotels in singapore for business but this is the first time i stayed at a hotel that really made me feel at home and offered a complete experience. from the moment i entered the hotel i was captivated by the beautiful lobby and classic design. checking in was a breeze with very efficient staff and room was immediately ready. when i got in the room i was really impressed with the perfect space and amenities available. to cap it off, having a great dinner at the lighthouse was just amazing. no words can describe it. being able to stay at a great hotel like fullerton defintely cements my decision that every time i go back to singapore there is no other hotel i will stay at but fullerton hotel. it is worth the experience and comfort. by the way, perfect location for an everning walk to burn the calories from a sumptuous dinner.

Great location, large rooms and great service.”
Stayed here last Dec 5, 2011. The hotel's location was perfect, you get a nice view of the marina bay (if youre facing it) or boat quay on the other side. From the moment we arrive at the hotel, the service was top notch. Crew will get your luggage from your car and get it delivered to your room. Check in is a breeze, we were shown to the elevator by the front desk and into the room. The room was so spacious, complete amenities, towels, pillows, shoe shine services, automatic night curtains, everything! The only downside was the view from our window, we booked a courtyard room but we can only see other guests windows from the other side of the hotel. It would be better to book the rooms facing marina bay or boat quay. They have a large tv with an HDMI cable connected so I brought my laptop with me and connected it to the tv and watched movies. The entire room has surround sound system complete upto the bathtub and which was great except that the TV is not visible from there, not sure what that is for. Their infinity pool was on the second floor and has a good view specially during the night with all the lights are lit. Only weird thing is that the hotel is beside a big office and people can literally watch you sunbathe. Check out was also easy, they sent someone to get our luggage and store it while we do some last minute shopping. Over all it was a great experience and would surely comeback.

Lovely classical hotel with first class service”
Located right on Marina Bay with views of Clarke Quay and the CBD to one side and the marina to the other. The first thing that strikes you is the great collonial architecture and huge lobby as you walk in. The service was superb from the moment we got out of the taxi and the staff were very helpful in finding us a room despite our early arrival. The outdoor pool on level 2 is fantastic, with views up the river towards Clarke Quay. It's often busy during the day, but go there after sun down and it can be empty - and the view is even better with the Singapore skyline and the Fullerton all lit up! The gym is also very well equipped if that's your scene. We only made use of the restaurant once for breakfast, but it was excellent, if a little pricey.
