The Grass Serviced Suites - A Gem in Pattaya”

I can't speak highly enough of my experience here. Having traveled to Thailand and Pattaya many times before, I am very aware of the listing that promise a lot and deliver nothing. The Grass Suite was a complete shocker. This is a fairly new development with very nice apartment styled accommodations. The front desk staff was very friendly, polite, and informative. Always willing to help with any issue and went out of their way to make sure my stay was above average. Everything from the facilities, to the amenities, to the restaurant, on-site store, and laundry were GREAT! It's a little ways down South Pattaya Road, but it's a short ride on a baht bus, or if you rent a motorbike or utilize a motorbike taxi or car taxi, to 2nd Road, Soi Buakhao and Walking Street. It's just close enough be able to say you're not staying in the madness, but you have pretty good access to it!! I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pattaya!

great value”

I've stayed at many budget and mid priced hotels in Pattaya , and I would say this was the best overall. I booked it based on the price (less than 1000 baht) and the photo's on Agoda. I've seen reviews criticising the amenities but the photo's are true and accurate of what you're going to get. The rooms aren't huge (25 sq m)as a kitchenette is included but were fine for me. I had very little dealing with reception staff - but they were efficient and helpful on all occasions. The room service and security staff were always smiling and very helpful. There are washing machines you can use for 30 baht or the hotel laundry service. There is a laundry,7/11 and street cafes just outside.. A Big C supermarket 10 mins walk away, mototaxis opposite. It is a ten minute taxi ride away from the beach. The gym and sauna were fine for me the location was ok - if it was nearer the beach you'd be paying twice the price and probably have a lot of noise from bars etc. Overall very good.

First Stay”

Fairly new and situated near the top of South Pattaya road (Pattaya Thai). Easy access to an ATM (Bangkok Bank) and easy to travel with a motorbike taxi to just about anywhere central. I was greeted by a friendly smiling face upon arrival and quickly checked in and shown to my room. Neat and tidy room and I was most impressed. Two air-cons. One in the living room and one in the bedroom which was "separate" from the living room. Great big screen Smart TV and all the channels were clear and most in HD. Unlike other hotels or apartments where 80% of the screen is snowy with poor reception. Kitchenette was great with a nice size fridge, microwave oven, kettle, a washing up basin and cutlery and dishes for two. Also complimentary coffee and tea and water for two each day that you occupy the room. Outside balcony. WiFi was great and fast and no problems connecting. Swimming pool and gym looked great although I never used either of them with my stay. Beware of the shower floor. Very slippery

Good food and good units”

Our family stayed at 2 couple rooms in front of each other as we requested. The breakfast buffet is good and staff catered nicely to our requests. Reception, checking in and out can be a bit faster. Transport: Place is easily accessible by Grab drivers from two parallel roads, but some Grab drivers do not want to enter the compound since they say they will be called out by the grab drivers outside the hotel. The baht bus is available just outside the hotel and can go to South Pattaya near walking street for 10 baht per ride Overall a good stay, amenities are good but you share it with long-term tenants from the other buildings of the hotel, which is not really an issue.

Great hotel”

The actual hotel is perfect. The room has everything you could need and more, two air con machines is just ideal for cooling the room down after you have been out. I found the staff really helpful and anyone I encountered was fantastic. The only downside,for me, was the location. It is quite a bit away from the centre of Pattaya i.e not walkable. However the money you save booking this hotel covers the motorbike taxis into the centre which you can haggle down to 60baht. I am returning shortly to Pattaya and have just booked another AtMind hotel because of my experience here.

Cons The hotel location about 5mins by car to Pattaya Beach. Quite far from the spotted area if you want to walk. Pros Suitable for person who want quite and calm place to chill. I love how they offered room service for massage. Just call 1007 and they will come to your room. And their massage staff are very talented and I really love Thai Massage 🥰🥰🥰 Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

I was on a spontanious one day trip to Kah Lon and drove from Bangkok to Pattaya. I wish I had more time to use the facilities. Great Gym, Pool area. large building and all for under 20 bucks U.S. You would never find a clean and friendly place for your money. It is far from Beach Road but nothing a quick taxi ride wont fix, we drove so like 10 minutes. . Quiet for the most part, some rookies drinking and slaming the door for a bit. A luxury condo at a Roach Motel Price.

Best in all, except service”

From the 15 times experience in Pattaya, this hotel is one of the best I stayed in. Good location, reasonable price. However the Housekeeping team shocked me three times during my 5 day stay. first time, pest control team opened my door came into my room while I was on bed, second time, I told Housekeeping team clean my room by 1700, because until 1530 they havent clean yet, and even 1730 nobody came to clean. Third time, same thing, Housekeeping forgot clean my room until 1800. other than Housekeeping, everything was perfect. Front Desk team really helpful.

Nice hotel”

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are okay. It is a bit far away from the beach but if you plan to go around Pattaya, it saves you a lot of time going to the main road. The restaurant was fairly priced but they charged us differently for service charge. One night, they charged 20% for service fee, the next day, another lady charged us only 10%. Breakfast was basic. They did not serve bacon. They do not have baby cots but the rooms were nice. We booked the 2 bedroom suite. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.

Cosy and modern room apartment with all the facilities and convenients inside. Gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool are so lovely with all modern equipment. The staff, all are included, as house keeper, receptionist, waiter and waitress, technicians and Manager are so helpful and close to your request to make you satisfying. I will definitely recommend this lovely place to stay. Merci. I always will be back to Grass suites

One of the highlights of my trip”

Compares to other places in Thailand, where has mosquito, the Grass Suited is very clean and doesn’t have the buzzing sound near my ear every night. The price is reasonable with friendly staff. But they do have a high deposit when check in of THB 1000 per room. Overall good!

Excellent Studio type hotel room”

I stayed in this hotel one bedroom suite. I felt like staying in studio type apartment not a hotel. Very friendly staff. Hotel is neat and clean. location is good and clam.. 7 - 10 mins from walking street by scooter taxi. Good for value for money. Only drawback is for room service food order we need to pay immediately by cash. which is not suit for travelers with credit card.

Worth for the price ”

Was really satisfied with the service, good for long period stay, there is a kitchenette and lounge area. Biggest affordable place I have booked so far in Pattaya. Along the streets there are delicious local food to eat, hence extremely happy with the stay, no complaints at all.

The Grass”

This is now the 4th year in succession that I have stayed there when going to Pattaya. Great value for your money, clean, spacious and friendly and helpful staff. There was some minor problem regarding the booked and paid for buffet breakfast but the staff sorted that out very quickly. Highly recommended. Check my previous reviews for pictures.

A good place for rest, quiet and clean”

A nice, quiet location, 2 km from Walking Street, where you can get by taxi-vans (The price is 10 THB each). The rooms are not large but pleasant, clean, equipped with a small kitchinette, private bathroom and air conditioning. The swimming pool is open between 6 AM and 10 PM. Although the location is quoted at 4 stars, breakfast offered sometimes desirable, the products offered are not entirely available until 10 AM when the breakfast program closes. (one day the milk was missing, the other day the chicken). Upon arrival, a 1000 THB or US $ or Euro equivalent is lodged. Check-in / check-out procedures are easy, staff are very kind. Overall, a good location for a 4-5 day stay in Pattaya.

Good and Friendly Staff ”

The Alice was Good and Friendly staffs.Specially the Font Desk manager. I am really in happy about the service which Agoda has given Here after I am not going to use Agora because of what the issue they have made for me. But I will recommend the Grass Serviced Suites.

Clean and cozy stay a bit away from the center”

The rooms where clean, nicely furnished and quiet. The staff was friendly but their English skills could improve a bit to make the process easier. It took me 5 minutes to get them to order me a cab to the airport. The location is a bit away from the main Party streets but easily to reach via Motobike or Taxi. When we visit Pattaya again we will definitely stay there again.

Good Choice when visit Pattaya”

This building is condominium. The room that I stay is studio 1 bedroom. Overall I'm impressive for this place because it's worth the money and it's easy to go to other place in Pattaya. Car park has limit but they provide backside of the building for parking. If I have chance to stay in Pattaya, I will choose again for sure.

Overall is Not Bad”

-Welcome by a baby cockroach from bathroom -Toilet was flooded -No water bottle set up in my room for the 1st day but another room was set up until night time we come back from dinner and called to reception -Have all toiletries except toothbrush and toothpaste -Can heard street noise from window as 1 seafood buffet have live bands performance which just opposite the suite -kettle inner part was rusty +Have 2 Air- conditioned in every room which was super cold, 1 inside bedroom another 1 in living room +Comfort bed and sofa +7-11 just behind the hotel which very convenience for everyone +wifi is workablea +microwave set-up is very convenient to us

Very good apartment style hotel Recommended ”

Good size, very clean, pretty new, location good for the cheap price that you pay. If its closer to the beach would of cost triple price. I would be back again next time I’m in pattaya.
