Worst Hotel Ever”

All facilities are rather old. Staff is not helpful at all 😡

Things have changed”

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. The first time my room was very clean and I had internet service. This time I was in a very well used room, first of all it was a smoking room, I guess I didn't see the option when I was booking. The room had a very dirty, stained carpet. There were still stains running down the bathroom door, as there was no bathroom fan. The beds were very clean and comfortable. I may not stay here again as there was no internet service in the rooms on the fifth floor so one had to go to the lobby where there were only a few chairs unless you used the dining room.

Clean and Functional”

I was visiting an international school nearby so the location was excellent for that. It is close to lots of dining and shopping and about a 10 minute walk to the subway. The hotel is clean and the rooms quite large but they do allow smoking and the smell permeates hallways and rooms.

Comfortable, but the pool was expensive”

Good but they claim that they have a pool and I take this to mean that this is free with my hotel booking usually, but in this case was extra,quite a lot extradepending on the time

A very convenient stay”

Only real "complaint" is that they advertise breakfast till 9.30, however heaters under the food are removed around 9am so then foods begin to go cold. It seems clear they want to clear up and move on a bit too fast for the advertised time. Quick and efficient to sort problems

Broken air conditioner and lost reservation”

Disappointing experience with this hotel. Due to a systems error the hotel didn't get my reservation from Agoda. At the front desk I showed my reservation thought the Agoda and explained that must have been a mistake from Agoda. The staff didn't really show interest in resolving and left for me to contact Agoda customer support, which took me literally a couple of hours to have the problem solved. This was after a long flight. During all this time the hotel staff was treating me as if I was cheating and lying about my reservation. They made me feel really bad with their attitude as if I had an fault at all at this mistake. As guest we arrive at a hotel hoping to take a good shower and rest and not spend hours sorting through other people's mistake. Very unfortunately the hotel staff attitude. Also, the building's air conditioning was broken and my room was 27C with no much air circulation. Upon asking the staff, their response was for me to open the window! Eventually they offer a fan.

1)Agoda booking was not found in the hotel system but the staff was able to take us in regardless. 2)Smoking room was given instead of non-smoking as per booking. 3)Heavy smoking smell permeated even in the floor hall way. 4)Room temperature was a bit cold at night. It feels like a 2 star hotel.

Exactly as expected”

Comfortable and reasonably priced.

For business travelers only”

The hotel was less than pleasant . The biggest problem that when you check in the staff didn't speak in English or even understand English at all. The room furniture was Rickety and the smell of musty carpet, bathroom was too small.

Not too bad, very small room exellent location to visit french ambassy.

Gute Lage, aber Badezimmer inakzeptabel”

Lage gut, Restaurantmeile gegenüber, 40min zum Flughafen. Größe und Ausstattung angemessen, jedoch Waschbecken halb auseinandergebrochen, notdürftig zusammengeklebt. WC-Spülung wackelig.

finger weg!das Hotel ist gar nicht zu empfehlen”

dramatisch! Niemand könnte Englisch, das Rezeption war der größte Disaster, ich habe Magen, Darm Virus bekommen, keiner hat mir geholfen, ein Notkrankenhaus zu finden, also stehe ich alleine auf der Straße mit schlimme Übelkeit und Durchfall um ein Taxi zu finden und keiner Hotel, Mitarbeiter hat sich bewegt ... Als ich nach Flughafen wollte, hat mir das Hotel kein Taxi reservieren wollen, das gleiche ist bei der Reservierung ein Akrobatik,Show wieder passiert! Niemand hat mindestens hofflich verducht mir irgendwie weiterzuhelfen... An die Zustand vom Bad bzw. Sauberkeit vom Bad will ich mich GARNICHT erinnern!!!! Bucht ihr das Hotel nicht, ich hab euch gewarnt...und das ist das erste Mal dass ich eine negative Bewertung schreibe, weil ich es eine größe Frechheit finde Die als HOTEL zu bezeichnen...

日本大使館の目の前なので、ホテルも日本語の案内があるし、買い物・食事にも便利な場所です。

近郊にレストラン、公園もあり便利。 地下鉄は14号線の駅があり、歩いて約8分。

10年以上ぶりの宿泊でした。”

スーペリアルームでTOTOのウオッシュレットが付いていました。 食事はホテル横のラッキーストリートに何でもあります。 ホテルの周辺に地下鉄が通っていますがいずれも距離があるので 私はホテルの前面　安家楼からバス４２１路で国貿最寄りの 大北窑東までを使っていました。
