"I booked a this hotel because it was relatively inexpensive, and close to the Vatican City, and subway (metrotrain) station. It's actually a great starting point! In 7 days, we did 5 day tours, returning to a clean hotel with character! It provided comfortable beds, clean shower & toilet facilities! The staff was super nice, and answered all of our questions! We purchased the breakfast, but ate there only once, cause it opened at 7:30am, and we left each day well before that! The eggs were super salty! Coffee was luke warm, orange juice was good! And, it's on the rooftop, so it was quaint! The hotel was adequate for the on-the-go family like us! Thanks again for the accomodations! "

"Very friendly staff and great location. Amazing especially the price !!! The shower had a little bit of dirty spots on the edges but the actual shower was clean. 10-15 minute walk to Vatican! We even walked about 40-45 minutes to the Rome centre including the colosseum, trevi fountain, pantheon and spanish steps. This hotel is worth it !!!! The Santo Stefano restaurant, 30 steps away from the hotel, is the best restaurant in all of rome. There is also a grocery store across the street which was nice "

"The hotel is situated near all places to see. About 10 minutes walk from the metro (subway) which will take you all around town. Also a 15 minute walk from Vatican City and less than half an hour walk from the city centre. The staff is very friendly and willing to be of help (unlike most Romans). Breakfast is simple but fresh food and again friendly staff serving a good cappucino (just ask, free of charge). The rooms are fair. Clean and good beds with fresh linen Rome has beautiful places and buildings, "
