"We booked total 4 rooms and finally provide 2 rooms only. The manager find a small hotel, like B&B, nearby to settle the case. We are not willing but it was in late afternoon and everywhere was fully booked. We are force to accept the offer and it made us feel so bad in this arrangment. "

"We checked into the hotel and had a problem with the air conditioner. The staff were prepared to relocate us to another hotel as they were fully booked that night but we opted to have portable fans put in the room and the next day we moved rooms. The hotel is in a quiet location yet still has all the eating places and conveniences close by. We bought a Roma Pass and used the buses extensively which was very easy with bus stops very close to the hotel. The rooms whilst not large are clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful and willing to spend time providing information. The breakfasts were more than adequate and I would certainly use this hotel again."

"This is a cozy little place in the heart of Rome. Just beside the US Embassy, close to a taxi stop, and near Via Veneto. Loved the spacious room size and the large balcony windows. Not really a 4,star hotel in my opinion though. A couple of things were disappointing though: 1. Difficult to find , This so,called "hotel" is in a building where other offices and apartments are. There's not even a sign on the building that shows Roma Boutique Hotel. No lobby on the ground floor. It's like 25 cute rooms on a random building. 2. Located on the 4th and 5th floor , Lugging around your suitcase and belongings to the 5th floor front desk then down to the 4th floor where our rooms were in the extremely tiny elevator and lots of stairs is NOT a great experience. They don't even have anyone to assist with your luggage! 3. Breakfast exactly the same every day , This gets really annoying by the 3rd day. 4. Must leave keys with the front desk everytime you leave the hotel , Persnally I find this to be such a hassle. Also, the locks of the doors are hard to open. 5. Bathroom amenities , Didn't like any of the bathroom amenities. Shampoo and body wash smelled bad, did not have conditioner or Q,tips."

"First when I walked into the building, I thought it would be like one of those old small hostel all around Europe. It wasn't a proper hotel really but to my surprise. I was really happy with this place while we were staying there for 4 nights. Our double standard room was value for money, it was spacious and quiet with a nice comfortable bed, nice shower and very good air-conditioning unit. It was newly renovated, everything were still at good condition. It is not too far from REPUBBLICA or TERMINI metro station. Around 8-12 mins by foot. Staff were friendly and politely. Lots of restaurant nearby. I would go back to stay there if I ever have another holiday in Rome again. "

"this hotel used to be run by the jolly company and after a complete overhaul is now a member of the nh chain. modern and well run with many business customers. the hotel is on the end of via veneto and next to the borghese park. if you can manage a walk of ± 2.5 km you can reach many roman landmarks on foot. the hotel is situated with one side on the busy corso d'italia ringroad and the other side of the hotel has rooms overlooking the park. so ask for the park rooms. take an upgrade to superior room if you want a little more room and a small couch to sit on. pizza in the bar is surprisingly good."
