Really impressed by the W Hotel. It’s in a great location, with Elements mall underneath which is convenient for shopping and Kowloon Station also underground, allowing for easy access to the airport via the AirPort Express. The rooms are clean and well designed for working. It was great to be able to connect my laptop to the TV and use it as a monitor. The Whatever Whenever service is very convenient. Housekeeping were able to arrange another table for me to use for my keyboard and mouse so I could sit back and use the TV as a monitor. Special mention to Kent and Alex for being welcoming and also giving me one extra hour to do a late check out so I could attend my meeting in the room. Would happily come back to stay when I’m in Hong Kong.
It was my first trip to Hong Kong, and my stay at this hotel was very comfortable, making it a wonderful journey. The response from the Japanese staff was particularly impressive; they kindly helped me with planning during my trip, which was truly helpful. The location and amenities were excellent, and the cleanliness made me feel secure throughout my stay. I would definitely like to use this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong.
The service rendered by the front desk staff was adequate but compared to our first stay a couple of nights before, it was a little disappointing. Waited 1.5 hours (past the official check-in time at 3pm) for one of the rooms. The ocean front view at Level 17 was sorta marred by the ongoing construction works. The other rooms with the city view were more pleasant or..perhaps opt for oceanfront rooms above level 30. Grateful nonetheless for the overall warm service at the restaurant for breakfast (great spread!) and GM Mathew for his cheerful and warm disposition.
Our first stay at W Hotel - the staff always go above and beyond, from the front of house, to the warm receptionists, at the restaurant and thoughtful housekeeping and room service. Many thanks too to Matthew and Gordon for their kind and warm service right at the beginning and the end of our stay. Views were beautiful for both the partial harbour/city view (spectacular room) and the oceanfront room. Well connected to the various transport nodes (high speed rail, airport express, MTR through Kowloon and Austin MTR stops) too. Will visit again for our next trip :)

As someone who once lived in Hong Kong for four years, I’m familiar with the city, but traveling with family — especially elderly loved ones — always brings a bit of stress. That’s why I want to express my sincere gratitude to Alex Chung, who welcomed us warmly at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He asked thoughtful questions about our journey and made sure we felt truly cared for. Throughout our stay, Alex continued to check in with us to see if everything was going smoothly. His genuine kindness made a big difference — even my mother-in-law, who tends to be reserved, repeatedly said how relaxed she felt during the trip. On our final day, a typhoon approached, and many guests were understandably anxious, but Alex’s calm and considerate support helped ease our worries.
