Indoor swimming pool information
The indoor pool user capacity is limited to 60 people maximum at the same time.
The indoor pool access is available once per stay and no locker included.
Guests are required to wear a face mask when using the indoor swimming pool.
The property's indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna are closed every 3rd Tuesday of the month for maintenance.
Outdoor swimming pool is only available for customers who booked package plans.
In accordance with government social distancing policy level 4, the maximum occupancy for all rooms is limited to 2 people. (exception for immediate family.)
Breakfast is served in the Douglas Lounge as a light breakfast.

We stayed just 1 night me and my husband we really really like this hotel, room is clean, delicious breakfast, staffs are helpful and great service, shuttle service 24hrs. to Grand Hill lobby. Check-in lobby is modern and beautiful. Our bed is comfortable multiple of pillows, bathroom with hand & rain shower! We definitely back again.
The accommodation was quiet and private, which was great. I made good use of the lounge, and the other facilities inside Walkerhill were also nice. The shuttle service made it easy to move around comfortably.
It felt like a retreat in a small cottage! There is a downside of needing to take a shuttle from Walkerhill, but the shuttle arrives within 5 minutes upon request, and umbrella rentals are also available, so I didn't feel much inconvenience. The accommodation itself had a low ceiling, which gave it a very cozy atmosphere, and I could see the Grand Walkerhill and the Han River in the distance, making it feel like I was relaxing in the forest while looking at the city. I had a great rest! I recommend it to those who like a warm and cozy atmosphere!
I couldn't fully enjoy because my body condition was not great, but the drinks were provided, the food was good, and it was very nice overall. The hotel entrance is a bit far, so you need to call a vehicle to get around. However, for food deliveries, you would have to call a vehicle again to go back to the hotel entrance, which is a bit inconvenient. But the atmosphere itself was wonderful. It seems great for a workcation, and it's a bit disappointing that the amenities are somewhat far away, but overall I was satisfied. The price is reasonable as well. I had a strong desire to visit again and enjoy it properly. The room condition was generally good. The food was tastier than I expected, the accommodation was nice, and there’s a swimming pool too, which is great. The only downside is that Douglas House is a bit far away? And parking is very difficult. I couldn't park initially and had to drive around the hotel, and then I called the lobby and barely managed to park in the parking tower. The transportation is very convenient, so it might be nice to go without a vehicle.

Review of Douglas House Douglas House provides a refreshing escape that feels like a retreat in the mountains, despite being located in still Seoul. The atmosphere is serene, making it an ideal place to unwind. The rooms and facilities are impeccably clean and designed for convenience, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the highlights is the lounge, which offers delightful amenities such as tea time, an evening cocktail hour, and breakfast, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. However, there are areas for improvement. The unmanned check-in process felt impersonal and left me wondering who it was designed to benefit. Additionally, there was a noticeable sewage smell from the bathroom drains, which detracted from the otherwise pristine environment. Lastly, the 11 AM checkout time felt a bit rushed, especially for those hoping to fully enjoy their relaxing stay. Overall, Douglas House is a charming retreat with great potential, but addressing these minor issues could elevate the experience further.
