The Swan and Dolphin both I have stayed at several times. The location and price plus service is great! Shula’s steakhouse is one of my favorite places to eat. The only (-) would be magic bands don’t work as room keys but other than that it’s wonderful!

Exceptional”
Location is great!!! Perfect hotel for staying at while visiting Epcot or Hollywood Studios! They offer a ferry ride which is super convenient. They also offer a shuttle to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Disney Springs, but we didn’t use this service. Hotel super clean and friendliest staff.. would def recommend to stay here and would stay here again!

Perfect For Epcot and Hollywood Studios”
Definitely will stay again if I got to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Both parks are either a 15-minute walk or boat drive away. Also, if you only stay one night and you hit up both parks you can keep your car at the hotel while you hang out at Disney. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this for the people going to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Epcot also has the skyliner if you need to get anywhere!

Boats or buses take you to the various parks in minutes. Various dining options right on property. Parking is extra and there is a service fee but the resort amenities are worth it (pool, beach, grounds etc). We really enjoyed it.

The trip was great when I book here actually thought it was a Disney resort and when I went to get food plan I found out it wasn’t actually a Disney resort. But I think you should have the plan even if it can only be use at the park. We still would eat our main breakfast and supper here The hotel was great not sure about resort fees though Thank Jody hutton

Great location, clean, exceptional service. Very expensive but maybe due to our weak currency vs USD (ZAR). Condition of carpets in passages were very disappointing, worn out and expected more on this for the price. Will stay here again though if we can afford it.

You get what you paid for, no more ”
If you are looking for a hotel that will dazzle with their service this is not the hotel for you. All staff are very polite, but they go no further than that. I had some inconveniences during check out but other than that the location and comfort of the room were enough for me to overlook anything else.

Save your money! It’s like Disney World without Disney”
Well for starters, my wife got COVID here and it ruined her stay. Most of the attractions were closed and if you’re expecting to see Mickey or any Disney character…don’t waste your time. The food was overpriced…thank goodness we got a rental. Even though the website had parks open, they were either closed or sold out. If I had known, I would have booked at Universal Studios. The kids were bored. Their only escape was the swimming pool and riding the gondolas for no reason. On the last day, I almost missed my flight because the valet attendant who I had paid disappeared for over 40 minutes. I was close to taking down the door and there was no one available to help. Never again!

Hotel was so full..you could not get into any restuarants for breakfast or dinner reservations..bar seating only..plus if you ordered food..they don't provide any microwaves in rooms to reheat leftovers..so if you couldn't finish meal..had to just throw leftovers away..very expensive food

Perfect for Epcot access”
We knew we were going to Epcot center, so it was an easy decision to choose the Dolphin resort with its free access by boat to Epcot and leaving the car in the resort parking saved us parking fees as well. Win-Win. The best was its pools and man-made beach areas to relax and unwind from the madness of the theme parks. There is a large waterfall with a cooling grotto and the beach was hardly used by anyone at all. We both fell asleep in the shade of palm trees after our red-eye flight. The rooms are very spacious, but sadly no coffee maker, microwave, etc to complete the resort experience. Resort fee is unreasonable considering it does not cover parking. This may be a Disney property, but it was not over-run by screaming kids and large families. Very pleasant choice.

Super convenient for going to the Disney parks, free shuttle is great! Everyone was so nice, super excellent customer service! loved the 24 hour room service, the room was so clean and the restaurants were really tasty! Great for young children and families, terrific shop in the lobby too! definitely would recommend this place and would stay here again!

Pros. Very nicely located next to disney board walk. Bus service was really good to where ever you wanted to go.. Cons. Not much really, only a resort tax at the end that i never expected.

The key benefit of staying at this hotel is easy access to Disney parks which also enables you to take a break during the day and revisit the parks at nights. The amenities are excellent. The room size is good but overall more like 3 star. Restaurants onsite are expensive
