Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel’s design stood out with its unique and stylish concept. The staff were polite and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. However, we wish to lodge a complaint regarding the air-conditioning system in our room. During our stay, we found that the air-conditioning temperature was centrally controlled and could not be adjusted by guests. As a result, the room temperature was too warm at most times, affecting our overall comfort. The inability to adjust the room air-conditioning temperature caused discomfort during our stay, especially at night We kindly request that this issue be reviewed and that guest-controlled temperature settings be considered for a more comfortable stay for future guests. Aside from this, it was a satisfying stay.
