Secluded resort with stunning views, requires transportation for markets/tourist spots. Few guests faced cleanliness concerns with pool/rooms, but staff was friendly and rooms cozy. Breakfast needs improvement, but overall guests had a positive experience.

Although the property is great, didn't like the way things happened with us - We booked sea view room which was a confirmed booking, but when we arrived, we were given an "upgraded" room with Pool with no sea view - This room also had the AC issue which was causing the room to be at freezing temperature. - Switching off the AC was causing rapid condensation which caused wooden flooring to be super wet and slippery which is super dangerous. When complained about this, instead of fixing the problem, we were asked to keep the AC on always and housekeep staff was sent to wipe the floor. - Next night, our access cards stopped working due to faulty access terminal. Even after staff tried a lot it didn't fix and we had to sleep with faulty door access terminal which was fixed only the next day. - Pool at the room was also not having very clean water. There was no temperature control as well and the water was super cold. - Dining options are also very limited with almost no options for vegetarians. Ordered sandwich and coffee to the room which was of sub-par quality. - Breakfast spread also had limited options for vegetarians and quality wasn't great. Croissants and danish pastries were not fresh. - We kept coffee cups outside room to be picked up but they remained there for remaining 3 days and no one picked them up and only food plates were picked. - THB 50 is charged for every shuttle trip to patong where as other hotels in the vicinity provide free regular shuttle service - Free gift coupon was given to us and later mentioned to us that it's just a discount coupon if we book any tour with the hotel.

Understand that everyone has different preferences and have shared yoru review with our team to ensure to check on the preferences. Our Breakfast buffet offers on the Western, Thai and Arabic section vegetriaen options and our team is always very supportive to cater for dietary requirments. The minimal cost for the shuttle bus was introduced as we had continuous bookings and then the bus was have full but we have turned guests away. Since the small charge has been introduced we have no more issues on overbooking and guests let us know when they are unable to make the trip. We are committed to ensuring a memorable escape for our guests overlooking Patong Bay and hope you'll give us another opportunity in the future. On check out day I was planning to go the restaurant to have my breakfast 15 mins early but F&B attendant Bank ask me to take my breakfast and leave because it’s not yet 6:30 am ! I told him I have a flight at 9 am that’s why I needed to get my breakfast before I leave Phuket. After that I told him to call the manager to allow me to enter the restaurant if that’s against the roles! Then he said ok you can be in ! I didn’t expect that to happen but needed to mention it. 15 mins earlier is ok since all crew were available and ready to serve breakfast. Thank you.

We wanted crinkle fries as per the picture and were disappointed when they arrived. There are A LOT of things that need to be cleaned up in the app - Still mentioning their old app - Wrong pictures - Spelling They Saran Wrap the fries before delivery so they’re soft No idea which sauce is for what – ordered a few items. Including the trip platter that comes with a few sauces but I have no idea what goes with what One napkin with an order of 4 items ….. Chicken skewers were very dry Doesn’t seem like oil was hot enough when they cooked/fried so the Soft shell crab is just oil Breakfast is ok Bacon is not cooked crispy at all – all 3 days we had breakfast The curry is actually spicy which is nice however never hot (luke warm at best) - Many other places in Thailand I went and asked for spicy… was not spicy.. The welcome/lobby across from the bar doesn’t seem to have any AC. Many ppl fanning themselves. Very uncomfortable and took almost an hour just to check in Welcome towel and drink was very nice… however they didn’t give it to us until after at least 15 minutes of sitting around….Honey Lemon grass tea I think it was .. typically welcome items like this are given immediately - At this price, I expect this type of service, otherwise we would have booked something less costly - First had to wait in their main lobby to be transported ot their ‘club’ check in - We came from the airport, we want to go to our room and rest ASAP. Pool ocean view room was quite nice… however not worth it. Regarding the washroom - If the toilet was separated into it’s own little room it would have been better The tv was not cleaned properly many streaks across the screen The pool room with ocean review room came with fruits and better slippers - Dragon fruit, watermelon and another melon cut into leaf shapes - Better slippers The pool room without ocean view came with nuts and cookies - Actually preferred the nuts and cookies o ‘tom yam’ nuts and thai coconut cookies If you’re looking for a place to stay away from the good food and noise. This could be the spot.. but I wouldn’t return.. I’d try a different spot Only one overpriced restaurant (same menu as room service) Ex. Mango smoothie was 220 baht versus 80 baht If you are comfortable going in/out of the area could be ok 200-300 baht on bolt. Grab was more. 50 per way via hotel shuttle, but only until 8pm - As a single female traveler, if this ran longer and/or more often, this would be very useful and I would reconsider staying here next time Shuttle goes to central Patong or Patong beach If you want to stay at the hotel and not leave too much, this is not the place as there isn’t anything to do and all the food is overpriced and not good - If it was at least good, that would help but it was not. Pool was COLD. Both the one in our room and the hotel pool - I barely saw anyone in the hotel pool and I suspect this is why Maybe if it’s hot 37+? and you can enjoy the pools more - Was about 30 during our trip Paid to have a third person and the bed was a cot…. That’s a joke - Only given one pillow on this bed - Yes they of course brought more, but again, at this price, I expect better. they were very quick to reply via the app and I’m sure would have fixed the bulb • with that said it’s the details that make a 5 star experience expectation for the “club” room pricing • I expect to come into the room and everything be clean and working. • Nothing they could do about the cold pool Service charge and VAT don’t add up on the receipt… I did the math and it says 7% for example and it was NOT 7%, same with the other 10% service charge… im on vacation..
